What are the next steps to book?
Pick your packages and schedule a time to talk about your celebration; we'll send a proposal link through your client portal where you can review everything, sign the contract, and pay your retainer online. Easy!
How do we lock in our date?
Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid. Until then, it's still open.
When do we plan the details?
We'll send a planning questionnaire + schedule a call closer to your wedding to build a timeline, music vibe, shot priorities, and final logistics. In the meantime, you're always welcome to reach out with questions or send your playlist through your client portal.
DJ FAQs
Do you MC too, or just play music?
We do both. You'll get confident MC'ing (introductions, cues, announcements) without the cringe.
How do we choose music?
You can share playlists, must-plays, and a do-not-play list through email / your client portal. Then we build the flow so it feels like what you want, not a generic wedding playlist.
Can you read the room?
Yes! That's the job. We plan your "must moments," then adapt in real-time based on your guests.
Do you provide microphones for vows / speeches?
Yes. We'll make sure people can actually hear your ceremony and toasts.
Do you handle setup and teardown?
Yep. We coordinate with the venue and handle everything.

How would you describe your style?
A mix of real candid moments + guided posing. You'll never be left wondering what to do with your hands!
Do you help with posing if we're awkward?
Yes. Most couples are. lol. I prompt you in a natural way so it feels like laughing and moving, not stiff "stand there and smile."
How many photos will we receive?
You'll receive a full gallery of the best, fully-edited images... no weird cap, no holding your memories hostage.
Do we need to provide a shot list?
No. As an experienced wedding photographer, I already know to capture the important moments, meaningful details, décor, and people who make your day special. The only list I'll request is a list of your desired family photo groupings so we can organize those portraits efficiently and make sure no combination is missed.
When will we get our gallery back?
4-6 weeks for the off-season and 6-8 weeks for the peak season.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes—and they can also be used as an engagement / family session (kids / pets welcome). Up to 4 people are included; additional people can be added.
Can you help with the timeline?
Definitely. Timeline planning is one of the biggest "stress reducers" we offer, and it also helps your day run smoother.
What happens if it rains?
We'll make a plan. Light rain? We can usually work with it. Heavy rain? We'll pivot with indoor options or umbrellas and keep it fun.
